Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Highly Specialist Cardiac (Critical Care) Pharmacist to join our dynamic team. The successful applicant will play a crucial role in our cardiac care unit, demonstrating a collaborative and patient-centered approach. If you possess experience in cardiology and have a proven track record in managing level 2 or 3 critical care patients, we invite you to apply.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to optimize medication therapy for cardiac patients in critical care.
- Provide pharmaceutical care and contribute to the multidisciplinary approach to patient management.
- Demonstrate a clear vision for the future of clinical pharmacy within the specialty.
- Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines and policies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and pathways.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Registered Pharmacist with relevant postgraduate qualifications.
- Extensive experience in cardiology and the management of level 2 or 3 critical care patients.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
- Commitment to continuous professional development.
- Clear vision for the future of clinical pharmacy in cardiac care.
