Job Summary: As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will play a crucial role in providing pharmaceutical care and expertise within a clinical setting. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with healthcare professionals, optimizing medication therapy, and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct medication reviews and assessments.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Provide drug information to healthcare professionals and patients.
- Monitor and manage medication therapy to achieve desired outcomes.
- Ensure compliance with relevant guidelines, protocols, and regulations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Pharmacy.
- Registration with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
- Relevant clinical experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
