Summary:

Salary: Up to £44,250 pro rata, based on experience
Responsibilities:
Join our multidisciplinary team
Serve as the trusted Medicines Management Lead
Deliver high-quality clinical care and advice
Provide services to various hospital departments
Requirements:
Registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council
Proven post-qualification experience
Excellent communication and people skills
