Job Summary:

Following organizational redesign, Lancashire and South Cumbria NHS Foundation Trust presents an exciting opportunity for three Network Pharmacy Director positions, two of which are newly created. We seek pharmacists with the requisite experience, vision, and dedication to high-quality, patient-centered care. The ideal candidates will possess strong leadership, management acumen, self-motivation, and excellent interpersonal skills. General Pharmaceutical Council registration is required, along with comprehensive knowledge of Therapeutics and Clinical Pharmacy across both mental and physical health domains, focusing on cohesive pharmaceutical care delivery across all care settings.

Main Duties of the Job:

The positions are available in the following networks:

Specialist Services, The Bay and Pennine: Responsibilities include overseeing secure mental health services, learning disability services, perinatal care, children and young people’s mental health, eating disorder services, and dental services.

The Bay Network: Duties encompass inpatient adult and older people’s mental health services, community mental health services, including crisis home-based treatment, and the Early Intervention for Psychosis service.

The Pennine Network: Involves managing inpatient adult and older people’s mental health services, community mental health services, including crisis home-based treatment, and initial response services.

Hybrid working arrangements, with a maximum of two days per week working from home, will be considered based on service requirements.
