Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide pharmaceutical care to patients in accordance with best practice and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
  • Ensure the safe and effective use of medications through counseling and education.
  • Participate in clinical audits and contribute to service development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy and registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC).
  • Proven experience in a clinical pharmacy role within a healthcare setting.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
