Summary:

We are thrilled to present an exciting opportunity for a Data Quality Officer at the University Health Service. We seek an individual with excellent communication skills, a team-oriented mindset, and a dedication to providing outstanding service to colleagues and patients. The ideal candidate will be enthusiastic about addressing the unique needs of our student population.

As a vital member of the Data Quality Team, your responsibilities will include coding clinical and administrative data into electronic patient records. Strong communication and customer service skills are crucial, as you’ll regularly engage with patients, scheduling medical reviews via phone, email, or text. Additionally, you’ll serve as an IT Champion, assisting colleagues with any hardware/software challenges.

The University Health Service operates as an NHS GP practice, catering to the health needs of The University of Sheffield students and their dependents.
