The successful candidate will provide high-quality medicines optimization for the Trust. You will deliver clinical pharmacy services to a designated group of wards under the supervision of a Senior Clinical Pharmacist, participating in rotations across various ward specialties. Main Duties of the Job

If you are ready to expand your expertise in hospital pharmacy, we are here to support you. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the safe, economical, effective, and evidence-based use of medications.
