Summary: Join our dynamic team of Pharmacy Technicians at NHS Jobs, contributing to a critical role in medicines management and patient care within a prison setting. As part of a dedicated team, you will provide direct medication support to patients in accommodation areas, operating on a flexible shift roster covering 7 days per week.

Responsibilities:

  • Take responsibility for medicines management.
  • Provide medication directly to patients in accommodation areas.
  • Work on a shifted roster covering 7 days per week.
  • Demonstrate flexibility in providing assistance as and when necessary.
  • Collaborate closely with the Lead Pharmacy Technician.
  • Contribute to the promotion of cost-efficient medicines management.
  • Aim to reduce waste and improve access to quality healthcare services.
  • Achieve key performance targets based on agreed personal performance plans.
