Summary: Join our dynamic team of Pharmacy Technicians at NHS Jobs, contributing to a critical role in medicines management and patient care within a prison setting. As part of a dedicated team, you will provide direct medication support to patients in accommodation areas, operating on a flexible shift roster covering 7 days per week.
Responsibilities:
- Take responsibility for medicines management.
- Provide medication directly to patients in accommodation areas.
- Work on a shifted roster covering 7 days per week.
- Demonstrate flexibility in providing assistance as and when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the Lead Pharmacy Technician.
- Contribute to the promotion of cost-efficient medicines management.
- Aim to reduce waste and improve access to quality healthcare services.
- Achieve key performance targets based on agreed personal performance plans.
