Job Summary

This role offers a unique opportunity to engage in a wide range of clinical and professional development experiences through our comprehensive rotational program within the pharmacy department.
Clinical Development Opportunities
As a Clinical Rotational Pharmacist, you will embark on a yearlong journey through various specialty rotations, including but not limited to:
- Urgent and Emergency Medicine
- Neurology
- Solid Organ Transplant
- Surgical Specialties (e.g., Vascular Surgery, Gastroenterology)
- Medical Specialties (e.g., Renal and Respiratory Medicine)
- Oncology (including Preparative Services)
- Infectious Diseases
- Paediatrics
- Intensive Care
In this role, you will provide direct patient care under the guidance of a local Lead or Advanced Clinical Pharmacist, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance your specialty knowledge and services.
You will also be trained to deliver extended hours services in critical care and the emergency department, ensuring the timely attainment of national medicines reconciliation standards and focusing on patient-centered care.
Main Duties of the Job
- Provide an advanced clinical pharmacy service to designated ward(s) within your specialist area.
- Achieve designated performance objectives specific to your allocated rotation(s).
