As a crucial member of our healthcare team, you will play a pivotal role in providing expert clinical advice on medicines and poly-pharmacy, adhering to the highest standards. Your responsibilities will include delivering a safe, modern, and efficient medicines management and optimization service to our patients.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide expert clinical advice on medicines and poly-pharmacy.

Ensure safe, modern medicines management and optimization services.

Deliver an integrated, legal, and high-quality prison pharmacy service.

Inspire positive leadership within the team of pharmacy technicians and the wider healthcare team.

Facilitate staff retention by creating a positive working environment.

Promote good practice in prescribing decisions and improve medicines management understanding.

Share information on pharmaceutical products, medicines legislation, and general health education.

Qualifications and Skills:

Registered Pharmacist with relevant clinical experience.

Strong leadership and communication skills.

Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient care.

Knowledge of medicines legislation and healthcare best practices.

Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment.
