Summary:
NHS Jobs is currently seeking a dynamic Pharmacy Manager to oversee the day-to-day operational delivery of Pharmacy services provided by KFM across all sites. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the adherence to Good Distribution Practice regulations, contributing to the development and maintenance of the Quality Management System.
Responsibilities:
- Generate month-end Pharmacy service financial reports and collaborate with finance colleagues to ensure timely and accurate payment and financial flow.
- Ensure compliance with Good Distribution Practice regulations at all times.
- Develop and maintain the Quality Management System.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Effectively communicate across professional boundaries.
- Influence others without direct management control.
- Demonstrate initiative and prioritize tasks effectively with good time management.
- Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
- Proven project management skills.
- Exhibit leadership, vision, enthusiasm, and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Registration as a pharmacist with the General Pharmaceutical Council.
- Postgraduate management qualification or equivalent experience.
- Experience in an Independent Community Pharmacy Management role.
- Extensive experience as a qualified pharmacist in various settings and roles, including senior-level management.
- Proven experience in developing a business or organization, including staff development.
- High degree of self-motivation with the ability to organize and prioritize work.
- Pragmatic, methodical, systematic, and resilient.
