Job Summary

An exciting opportunity awaits for an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual to join our team as a rotational clinical pharmacist. This position involves 3-month rotations across various clinical areas, including emergency care, medicine, surgery, haematology and oncology, medicines information, and technical services. Main Duties of the Job

The post-holder will provide expert pharmaceutical knowledge to pharmacy, medical, and nursing staff across different wards and departments. Duties will vary based on the rotation and include medicines reconciliation, clinical screening and checking of prescriptions, and general clinical pharmacy duties.
