Summary: We are currently seeking a dedicated Rotational Pharmacist to join our team at NHS Jobs. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing clinical pharmacy services to the chemotherapy day units and outpatient prescribing clinics. Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical pharmacy service to chemotherapy day units and outpatient prescribing clinics.
- Support medical and nursing teams through the provision of pharmacy advice.
- Clinically check the appropriateness of prescribing and promote medicines optimization.
- Liaise with pharmacy aseptic, dispensary, clinical teams, and the multi-disciplinary team for efficient chemotherapy service.
- Attend unit meetings if required.
