Summary:
Join our team at NHS Jobs as a Clinical Pharmacist, where you’ll engage in a diverse rotational program within multidisciplinary healthcare teams. Your role will encompass providing ward-based clinical pharmacy services, ensuring medicines optimization, safe transfer of care, and active participation in weekend, on-call, and holiday rotas. You’ll pursue a postgraduate diploma in clinical pharmacy and continue professional development aligned with General Pharmaceutical Council standards. Additionally, you’ll offer clinical pharmacy support to inpatient and outpatient dispensaries, act as a Responsible Pharmacist when necessary, provide medicines information services, supervise pharmacy staff, contribute to training initiatives, engage in clinical audits, and uphold quality governance standards. Your commitment to professionalism and confidentiality will be paramount, along with compliance with operational, personnel, and safety protocols.
