Summary:

Duties and Responsibilities:
Provide advice and support for safe, cost-effective medicine use
Offer inpatient post-op surgical medicines advice and conduct ward clinical medication reviews
Advise on safe medicines management, ensuring compliance with legislation and standards
Foster a patient-focused, multidisciplinary approach to healthcare
Plan, deliver, and evaluate pharmaceutical care efficiently
Who We’re Looking For:
GPHC registered Pharmacist
Minimum one-year post-graduation experience, preferably in a hospital setting
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Working Hours:
32 or 40 hours per week available

Permanent
