Summary:

Key Responsibilities:
Provide clinical services in alignment with professional and hospital standards
Promote responsible prescribing practices and optimize clinical outcomes
Offer expertise and guidance to medical, nursing, and pharmacy staff
Lead clinical audit projects and contribute to budget management
Provide professional, managerial, and clinical leadership to pharmacy staff
Ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards
Attend relevant meetings and participate in rota schedules
Preferred Skills and Experience:
Minimum 2 years of clinical pharmacy experience in a hospital setting
Experience in palliative care and multidisciplinary communication
Proficiency in policy development, report writing, and complex data analysis
Strong clinical, dispensing, and checking abilities
Familiarity with medication counseling and drug cost management
Previous experience in managing and motivating staff effectively
